The day to day affairs of the Ashram are overseen by a working committee whose members are nominated by the Chairperson of the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust Nepal. In addition to the working committee another eight members representing nearby centres are involved for effective administration. Further, a cadre of volunteers is also present on a weekly basis to provide necesary services and assistance to the residents.

Eleven people, eight women and three men, are currently residing at the ashram.
